Marshmallow Writing

This is the film:

One dark, misty night a green, scaly monster popped his head out of a murky lake.He spotted a boy scout who had set up  camp  on the edge of  the forest. The boy was toasting marshmallows by his campfire.

The monster rose out of out of the lake and slowly  walked to the boy . The boy jumped up with fright but the monster was harmless  because he  liked the smell of the marshmallows. Next the boy pulled out a marshmallow and suddenly the monster  snached the marshmallow out of the boys hand with its tongue. He performed tricks so that the boy would keep giving them to him.

Eventually the marshmallows had all gone and the monster lost his temper, the boy started to run but slipped on the grass. Then he had a fantastic idea. He grabbed his pillow, the monster thought it was a giant marshmalllow because it was white and a similar shape, the boy threw it and ran for his life. The monster stuck a stick in the pillow and took it to the fire to toast. He held the pillow in front of the flames but it immediately melted away! What a good idea from the boy scout. – Charlie C

Once there was a boy who was camping.  He was  toasting marshmallow on a  camp fire that he made from 2 pieces of wood.  the then he  heard something it was a big green fat monster  that lived in the lake. So  he turned around in shock and stuck his stick in front of the monsters face.  The cheeky green monster pinched a marshmallow from the little boys hand. and licked his lips. The green monster jumped like a dog because the boy had a bag of marshmallows.  When they had all gone the monster turned scary and the little boy was frightened.  He ran to his tent and picked up his pillow and threw it to the momster who thought it was a big marshmallow. The monster takes it to the fire and tries to toast it but it just burns away.  The monster was very very sad. – Daniel

Green monster and a kid by Callum C (Not sure I like the ending!)

One day a big green monster popped his head out of the lake and saw a little kid alone roasting marshmellows. The monster got out of the lake walked up behind the kid who smelt so so good and was growling behind him. The kid saw the monster and was terrified. The kid ran away and the monster ate all the sweewts till he was sick lying on the floor with his tounge out. The monster decided never to eat sweets again and just eat teachers especially Mr Raff .

This is Harry’s writing:

This story is about a monster in the sea. The monster peeked out of the water and saw a boy sitting by the fire. When the boy saw him he got really scared and he tried to defend himself with a bag of marshmallows. But the monster really liked marshmallows and whenever the boy had a marshmallow in his hand the monster would gobble it up and his face would light up .But he got really angry and started chasing the boy. The boy got hold of a pillow and the monster thought it was a giant marshmallow. The boy screamed, dropped the pillow and ran away into the woods running as fast as he could. He got away. Then the monster sat by the fire and what the monster thought was a marshmallow burnt. The monster was very very sad.

In the beginning a green monster sneaks up on an innocent child who was on a camping trip by himself. Luckily the boy turned round before he could strike. Then he picked up the stick he was using for eating the marshmallows and and put it in front of him like a sword even though it had marshmallow on . Then the monster saw the marshmallow and tried to look cute. The boy took the marshmallow off the stick . In a blink of an eye the monster’s tongue took the marshmallow and ate it . The boy got the last marshmallow out of the bag . The monster got the marshmallow and the boys hand as well. The boy shook his hand that was inside the monsters mouth. The monster opened his mouth and the boy took his hand out quickly. The monster wanted another marshmallow. He looked at the boy and the boy shrugged but the monster got angry and started to chase the boy . The boy hid behind some rocks . c
The monster saw a piece of paper shaped like a marshmallow, he stopped trying to find the boy and went to get the piece of paper .
Whilst he was looking at the marshmallow the boy ran away. The monster went to the fire and put the paper on the stick and it burnt when he put it near the fire and the monster became very
